Let’s be honest. Running a business alongside real life responsibilities can be a lot. It can feel full-on, messy, exciting, exhausting and, at times, pretty lonely.
That’s why finding your people matters. A local community of women who get it. Who understand the juggle, cheer you on, share ideas, swap experiences and remind you that you’re not doing this on your own.
That’s where we come in.
Mums in Business Network (MIB Network) is a friendly, supportive and inclusive networking community for women in business. While many of our members are mums, you don’t have to be one to belong here. We meet monthly in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks to connect, learn, and build genuine relationships, without pressure, awkward pitching or cliques.
Just real conversation, real support and real connection
We meet up at least twice a month – sometimes in person and sometimes on Zoom, for workshops, socials, networking and our big annual speed-networking event. New guests are always welcome, but from time to time we have an official New Guest Night with some extra little activities.
Our members are very diverse and include women of all ages, at all stages of business from starting out to established, and all stages of motherhood from pregnant to grandmothers. Our experiences of running a business around family life often impacts what we do and the way we work.
We would love to have you join our community, whatever stage of business you are at. We have members who have just starting out, combining building their business with a full time job. We also have members who have been running their businesses for years! There is a place for everyone!
