Initial Training

Your initial training will take place over 2/3 days in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and includes:

  • Setting up and running your MIB Network business
  • Technical training & set up
  • How to use your equipment
  • The day to day running of your business
  • How to plan your year
  • Meeting, planning, organisation, speakers and structure
  • How to find the right venues for your events
  • Membership recruitment and administration process
  • Guests and associated administration
  • The MIB Network website, your group areas, what they include and how to make the most of them
  • Mailchimp and email marketing
  • How to run your Facebook member groups and what activities you will need to do through the month
  • Taking payments
  • Meeting sponsorship
  • Your Love Local Directories and how to generate listings
  • Customer Services
  • Working with the MIB Network booking system
  • Sales and marketing
  • Social media training and set up your Facebook pages
  • Administration, accounts and reporting

Ongoing support

As a franchisee you will receive ongoing comprehensive training and support and excellent support to help you grow your business. You will have dedicated support directly from the people who have successfully built the business by email, telephone and skype.

Once you have had your initial training from MIB Network, it doesn’t stop there – we will be with you every step of the way especially in that first year when everything is new to you. We provide on-going support and extra training is also available to you.
