What we’ll be doing this month at Ticehurst Mums in Business Network…

1. Networking time

A friendly and inspiring evening with plenty of time for you to meet and chat with other local business mums.

  • The attendee list will be circulated in advance of the meeting so that you can familiarise yourself with who is coming to help you on the evening.
  • Networking will be through a mixture of structured activities to help you build links, informal “chatting” time and the tools to help you follow up afterwards

2. Topic Talk

How to deal with all that juggling, overwhelm, not having time for yourself, and then Christmas on top of that!

This month fitness and life coach Karen Porter of Body & Health By Design will be sharing her tips about how to handle spinning all those plates – running your business, being a mum, Christmas(!) and then somehow finding time to enjoy it and take care of yourself too.

About our speaker

Karen Porter founded Body & Health By Design nearly ten years ago whilst living in the Middle East. Now relocated to Kent, Karen has expanded her business to the UK and is taking on new clients for life coaching, group classes, corporate training, personal training and wellness programmes.

Alongside over 20 years as a popular fitness trainer and teacher, Karen is also a highly successful life coach and NLP practitioner. She is able to combine both skills where necessary and help people, ranging from individuals, groups or corporate clients to achieve their personal life and work goals. Karen says: “Body & Health By Design came about through the passion I have for providing education around creating and owning your own health, both mind and body. By finding the right goals and having aspirations, whatever they may be, anyone can focus on the path to ultimate success and happiness”.
